President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of Russia witnessed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation (Rospatent).
