SGX mulls New Rule to protect Minority Shareholders in Delistings

The proposed listing rules by the Singapore Exchange Regulation could curtail the role of controlling shareholders in a voluntary delisting, giving more protection to minority shareholders against whom the odds are heavily against under such circumstances.
