MyCC conducts market review on five selected food items

KUALA LUMPUR, Jun 4 (Bernama) - The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) is conducting a Market Review on the food sector in line with section 11 of the Competition Act 2010 (CA 2010) to better understand this market. In a statement today, MyCC said it was also to complement the government's efforts to reduce the cost of living. The review is particularly in relation to five selected food items, namely cabbage, sawi, beef, ikan kembung and infant milk powder.
