KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 (Bernama) - The High Court today has proposed that family members of 10 victims of the Tahfiz Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah centre fire and three former students who filed suit against the tahfiz owner and four others, to settle the case via mediation.
